Feed is an updating list view of the posted content on social media platforms. People used the word ‘Facebook wall’ to refer to the Facebook feed in the past. Feed makes it easier for users to reach content from various people in a flow without individually visiting each account. You can react, comment, save or share posts on the go by scrolling through your feed.

Feed posts are not in chronological order. Instead, the flow is aligned with a platform algorithm. Different social media platforms have their own set of algorithms.
